Florida’s Mitch D’Arrigo sat down with David Rieder of Swimming World to talk about his 500 free performance from last night, and his 200 free final tonight. He discusses what it was like swimming in such a fast heat, and his happiness in his huge time drop. He looks towards his mile tomorrow and mentions how the family atmosphere has been so supportive of his swimming career. He also talks about the way that Caeleb Dressel’s speed and character has changed the atmosphere of the Gators.
